### Ingredients:

 

 

Dough:

2 ¼ c all-purpose flour

1 envelope or 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast

¾ cups warm water around 110°F/43°C.

1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp olive oil

 

For the sauce:

 cup canned tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
1 minced garlic clove
1 tsp dried oregano
1 dry teaspoon of basil1
Season with salt and pepper. Taste test.

 

Toppings:

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella

Similar to you, your favorite toppings are pepperoni, vegetables, and olives.



### Instructions



#### 1. Working the Dough

1. Active Dry Yeast Mix warm water and sugar in a small bowl, then add the yeast. Let it rest for about 5-10 minutes before it froths up.

1. Heat to 475°F (245°C).
