  Qeema is one of those simple yet great recipes to prepare mincemeat curry. And here comes an extremely simple recipe for you: ### Ingredients   - **500g of minced meat** (any meat: beef, lamb or chicken) - **2 tablespoons oil** can be used either vegetable or ghee. - **1 large onion**, chops (pieces very small). - **2-3 cloves of garlic**, chop (minced). - **1-inch piece ginger**, chop (minced). - **2-3 green chilies**, chop according to your taste. - **2 medium-sized tomatoes**, chop - **1 teaspoon cumin seeds** - **1 teaspoon coriander powder** Ingredients- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder  1 tsp red chili powder or to taste  Salt to taste  Fresh coriander leaves, chopped for garnish  1/2 cup water to taste ### Instructions 1. Heat Oil: T ake big pan heat oil in it over a medium flame. Now add cumin seeds in this and let them splutter. 2. Sauté Onions: Add chopped onions in this and sauté until they turn brown. 3. **Garlic and Ginger**: Add minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies in it.
